Policy regarding the processing of personal data LLC "Auto Expert"

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is drawn up in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the Limited Liability Company "Auto Expert" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.2. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.3. This Policy is posted in the public domain on the Internet information and telecommunications network at the address: https://autoexpertdv.ru/ and is a public document.

2. Basic concepts

2.1. Operator - LLC "Auto Expert" (TIN: 2801272867, OGRN: 1232800001026), location: Blagoveshchensk, st. Kalinina, 114/2

2.2. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identified User of the site https://autoexpertdv.ru/.

2.3. Website is a collection of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at https://autoexpertdv.ru/.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

3.1. The Operator processes Users’ personal data solely for the following purposes:

Providing feedback to the manager – to agree on the terms of the transaction, clarify the details of the order, and provide advice on the Operator’s services. Processing is carried out on the basis of data voluntarily provided by the User through feedback forms on the Site (including: telephone number, name, email address, city, car information).
Providing access to the Operator's services – to fulfill obligations under agreements concluded with the User, including in relation to:
- car repair and maintenance;
- car purchases in China, Korea and Japan;
- selection of cars according to the User’s requirements;
- delivery of cars throughout the Russian Federation;
- car rental.
User Identification – to ensure the possibility of using the Site, processing applications, as well as to communicate with the User within the framework of the application under consideration.
Conducting statistical and analytical research – based on anonymized data collected using metric programs (Yandex Metrica, top.mail.ru, Rambler/top-100, SberADS) to improve the operation of the Site and analyze audience preferences.

3.2. Operator does not implement processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising, information or other mailings, unless the User has expressly consented to such actions.

4. Legal grounds for processing personal data

4.1. The operator processes personal data only if one of the following conditions exists:

Processing is carried out with the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of the Law).
Processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the subject of personal data is a party or beneficiary or guarantor (Clause 5, Part 1, Article 6 of the Law).
Processing is necessary to achieve the goals provided for by law, to implement and fulfill the functions, powers and duties assigned by the legislation of the Russian Federation (Clause 2, Part 1, Article 6 of the Law).

4.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about Users using metric programs: Yandex Metrica.

The collection and processing of data through the specified metric programs is carried out based on an analysis of the User’s actions on the Site.
This data is necessary to analyze visitor behavior, improve the structure and functionality of the Site, and track audience preferences.
The data collected by metrics programs includes: information about the operating system, browser type, IP address, location information, time of visit, pages viewed and actions on the Site.

5. List of personal data processed

5.1. When using feedback forms or ordering services, the Operator can process the following personal data of the User:

Last name, first name, patronymic (if available);
Contact phone number;
Email address (e-mail);
Vehicle data (make, model, license plate number - when applying for repair or towing services).
City (when applying for car delivery services)

5.2. When using metric programs (Yandex Metrica), the Operator processes technical information that can be classified as personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Principles and conditions for processing personal data

6.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on a legal and fair basis.

6.2. The content and volume of personal data processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing.

6.3. The operator does not disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

6.4. The period for processing personal data is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which they were collected, unless a different period is provided by contract or law.

6.4. Only authorized employees of the Operator have access to Users’ personal data:

which includes: customer service managers, service center specialists, technical personnel ensuring the operation of the Site and information systems;
admission to the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the internal organizational and administrative documents of the Operator;
Each employee has access only to the personal data that is necessary for him to perform specific job functions (according to the principle of minimization).

7. Updating, correction, deletion of personal data, withdrawal of consent

7.1. The User may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator by email: info@autoexpertdv.ru or by phone: +7 924 444-55-95 with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

7.2. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing without consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Law No. 152-FZ.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The User can receive any clarification on the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via email: info@autoexpertdv.ru.

8.2. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator's email address.

8.3. This Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://autoexpertdv.ru/agreement.html.
